Title: 99 KX 250, rebuild questions

Hi, new member here. But bought a 99 kx 250 that looked clean...long story short...everything is wrong with it so now rebuilding the entire bike pretty well. I have some questions that hopefully you fine people could maybe help me with. First off, I need a new rear shock...either the case or probably just buying a whole new one on general. Found a 04 kx 125 rear shock that's super clean, curious if that will fit my bike? Or if I could do some simple mods to make it fit. Thanks in advance

I went through the same thing with my 04 KX 125 I am rebuilding.  Ebay has been a good source to find parts.  They have a rear shock listed now for your 1999 Kx 250.  You will still probably end up rebuilding the shock as it is being parted out from a bike.  I dont know what is wrong with your shock but just an option.
