Anyone have a new Ultra Light 14 tooth counter shaft sprocket they don't need? Renthal stopped making them and I can't find any other good sprocket company that sells a KX500 C/S Sprocket with the lightening holes in it.

have you tried e-bay?...you might get lucky to find one.

I myself would've gone with the Supersprox....I'm running them in the rear, and they're indestructible.
I wasn't aware Renthal stopped making the front...as that's what I typically run...luckily I still have a new one hanging on my shelf.

I guess I'll try Supersprox since they show only what I'm looking for on their website.

don't rush into anything yet....wait and see if some other members have better suggestions....I know Moose sells fronts too...but they could be "knock-offs" of other brands.
I think Tallon makes them too.

Don't you just love it when they stop making parts that you need and want , Im starting to buy parts new for the k5 to keep in stock in fear of running out , engine parts that is.

+1
I've got an entire new KIPS assembly, new crank, and new tranny shafts with a couple gears in storage...so far.

I agree with you guys. Now is the time to turn hoarder, or the next time you need a repair/rebuild it will be ridiculously expensive.
Of course you could take a cue from Danger and just hoard whole, super-nice, "parts bikes". :-D

Try this Amazon link...
http://www.amazon.com/Renthal-252-520-14GP-Ultralight-Tooth-Sprocket/dp/B000GU0478/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1452136394&sr=8-1&keywords=renthal+252-520-14
Description says Ultralight but the picture isn't of a KX500 sprocket...
Good luck. If the ad is correct (I have one on order as well), you may want to buy out their inventory (L.O.L!)
UPDATE - OK, forget anyone on Amazon that claims they are selling "Ultralite" sprockets; they send you the standard version, both Amazon and 3rd party sellers (don't ask me how I know...). Appears the marketplace has sold out of any remaining inventory and Renthal confirms all sizes of the Ultralite for the KX500 have been discontinued. As someone had mentioned, I too am going to try the Supersprox next time. If anyone has any experience with the quality of the Supersprox counter shaft sprockets, I'd love to hear about it - thanks!

Final update - the Supersprox pictured on the Rocky Mountain ATV web site is nothing like the sprocket you'll receive. For myself going forward, I will have to default to the standard Renthal countershaft sprockets (as the Ultralite version has been discontinued) - nobody else manufactures anything near the level of Renthal quality. I imagine within the next year or two, even the standard Renthal sprocket may disappear as it only fits a few older, less popular bikes...
If anyone finds anything else worth purchasing, please do share...
