Title: Wossner Piston Question
Post by: umberto on August 17, 2015, 04:02:16 AM
I am replacing the cylinder on my 88 with a cylinder I purchased on eBay.  The bore on the new cylinder is 88 mm.  I found a Wossner piston that is 88 mm.  I've never purchased a Wossner before, is there a good supplier that anyone uses?  Does the Wossner come with the wrist pin, clips, and bearing or do I need to purchase that separately?  I didn't see where they offered those parts, should I use someone else's?  Also, where would I find a head gasket to work with that bore, or can I use the stock one?  Thank you!

I order direct from Wossner USA. John has always been good to me and he can supply you with the wrist pin bearing also (already comes with pin & clips).  As far as gaskets, I order complete top end kits through Cometic.
