Hello, newbie here, been a kx rider since 1983 when i purchased a brand new kx250 in 83.I currently own a minty 91 kdx250
I have aquired a small kx in a deal with a few other bikes and I have no idea what year or model it is. Im guessing its a small wheel kx80? Or possibly a 65?
No serial # on the neck like every other bike ive seen, green frame and handlebars- one rad but 2 full shrouds- it has front and back dis c brakes , a 12" rear tire and a 14" front. Heres a couple of links to photos on photobucket
Any help in figuring out what it is would be greatly appreciated!

looks like a 65cc...but don't rely on my thoughts too much.
are there any numbers stamped in the engine cases anywhere?...look closely.

+1 almost 100% sure it's a 65

I'm guessing early 2000's....Sandblaster might be able to help...if not, call your Kawie dealer and give them those numbers.

Thanks alot -Kx065ae00084 makes it a 2000 apparently the 10th digit is the year
-
It's a kx65 but that may not be the year.
Is that the engine ID or the VIN on the front of the frame?
-
Hey sandblaster -I cant find a number on the frame, that is the engine #-it sure looks like pics of 2000 models im seeing on google.

here's another place to look at pics...it's definitely a 2K-something...
