Title: Kipps Help Please

Hi Guys,

Setting up an 89 KX5 for moto and think I have a problem with the kipps valve. Had the pipe off and plug out and was hand cranking the motor and while looking in the exhaust port I saw no movement of the exhaust valve. Is it me or is something not right. What do I need to do and where do I start? Appreciate any advice.
