The countershaft bearing and the bearing that the clutch shaft ride on. Those d**ned bearings are $35 each! If I can cross reference them it would be great. Anyone have an inside line on cheapo bearings?

Get on a Kawasaki microfiche for your bike. Get the kawi part #s for me. I cross referenced the bearings not long ago. I will go back to my papers.
I went with kawi bearings after because they were the best quality for the price. INA, SKF, timkin, ntn from suppliers were much more expensive than kawi bearings for same quality.
Contact your local kawi dealer and get a quote on those bearings. You may find they will sell you the bearing less than the list price.

Those bearings take quite a load.
I would only use quality bearings if I were you.
No Chinese stuff or there is a good chance you will be replacing them sooner rather then later.

Yeah, after thinking about it id agree to just go ahead and use the stock bearings. In case i cheap out though:

92045-1240
92045-1300
Ive scoured the net but no luck.

If ANYONE has any cross-reference numbers for ANY kx250 bearings it would be great to make a stickie on the home page as a database to help in rebuilds.

rocky mountain carries a complet transmission bearing kit for about the price of 2 oem bearings and I havnt had any problems with them as of yet.

I already bought that kit. Good quality, but most bearings can be gotten cheaper on a site like www.vxb.com if the cross reference numbers are known.
