Hi I have a 91 500 and wanted to know what other wheels fit her

89-04 kx500
89-02 kx250
If you can find one, look for a 97 or newer as they have the 3 bearing design.
You can also use any KX450f rear wheel but you will need adapters to make it work.
You can ask Alward25 for adapters.

and a custom rear brake rotor but the 450 rear is the only one that will work, the front will not.

i got a wheel set from a 2005 kx250f, anyone know if they fit a 1993 kx500?

Front, nope, rear, yes with custom spacers and custom rear brake rotor, available from Warp 9.

why rear and not front?

Front axle set up is different and hub is narrower on the 450 and 250F

not sure if this is old news or not but someone migth like to know: as i was changeing front brake pads on my 93 k5 i tried to fit a 2005 kx250f front brake disc on the k5 wheel and it fits perfect, bolts too!
