Hey Mr. motopunk... you need to fix the second picture.
Then, look how long the Kick lever is....
Also, will the KX get Showa's?
Roost sent me some pics last night and made those statements to me

Saw the 331 bike about a week ago , was on mxa as well , frame looks smaller engine more compact , around the oil filter area is a lot different , kickstarter a lot straighter , did not see the clutch side of bike , plastics are new , even the fuel tank different as the cap is at a flatter angle , right side radiator hose is changed, bike had showa suspension on it , I cant see them changing from showa just yet, shock looks to have a different shape to it as well , may be to get around the new frame? Lets hope it a bit lighter as well, herd off another dealer about the 300 direct inj 2 stroke , could be 16 or 17 model , I hope there not pulling my chain , as it would sit nicely with all the green bikes in the shed?

I ha e been hearin that 300 smoker rumor for a few years now, don't get your hopes up!!! But they would sell better than an ice cold Bud on a July Death Valley afternoon
-
ay ay general sandblaster... pic is fixed... :-D
to the tale of this 300... kawasaki only build 65, 85, 100 2stroke-motors... would be nice to see bigger 2strokes again, but why a 300cc motor?? there is no class out there for it... 125, 250, 360/400 and a new kx500 is the lineup, that makes real sense ...
we should do a worldwide petition for this 2 stroke line up and give it to kawasaki, maybe we reach the goal and they start to produce the 2 strokes again, ..... just my thinking.... 8-)
and more pre 2016 factory bikes...

You would think that Kawasaki would be reading Kawasaki dirt bike forums and realize how bad we all want the 2T to come back... with electric start and fuel injection :-o
They could look at Companies like Service Kawasaki and others who have carved out a niche market that Kawasaki refuses to service..
We know there is a demand.
After all, how many have done their own conversion here on this site?
I guess the real question is, when will the bean counters at Kawasaki push the profit into the black for what we want?
Petition?
I'll sign up...

wrong thinking mike... if we dont give them this petition personally with minimum 5000 signings on it, would the ball not start to roll in the factory in japan ... final question: should we realy do that or let it be untouched all like it is today ?? ... that would go in the books of history... 8-)

Start the petition, I'll be the first to sign it
-
And Iwill be second!!
-
I'll sign it twice. :-D
Don't they have a GP3 class that is 300 two strokes? I thought I read about it in MXA a few years back.

In Europe there is. KTM, Husky, TM and big bore YZ make up the field.
