Basically the Kawi-Seal 92104-002, is very expensive. Three-Bond is not available in my region of Canada.
Anyone use Permatex MotoSeal1? If so what do you think? need sealant for a couple kx250 case-halve matings.

Thats exactly what im going to use to seal my case halves on my 2000 kx 250. Ive tested it on other bikes around the reed cage and clutch cover and its good stuff. Ive even heard of folks using regular permatex grey sealant to seal crank cases but i wouldnt recommend that, but the guys say it worked fine. The motoseal makes a nice semi-hard bead.

When I did my case I also researched and everyone pointed me to Yamabond 4.

This stuff is pretty good.
