Do you think that is possible to increase power at low rpm, in a 1997 kx 125, modifying the open of exhaust valve?

try light tension reeds , and a thinner shim in the power valve governer , want more , machine the bottom of cylinder the thickness of a base gasket than set the squish back to std, does fmf make a pipe for these ? 144 kit ? vhm head.Lower the gearing.Hope that gives you a clue.
