Hello i' italian, i'm 45  and i've just found this beautifull kx forum.
I have a kx 125 m.y. 1996 or 97, street legal with front and rear light, bought to do enduro, not cross. I also have a Scorpa t-ride 250 f.

your 125 wouldn't happen to be one of the rare KMX models would it?

No no, mine is a cross bike kx 125  road legal converted.
Here in Italy is very common to do that.
There are some little company that obtain a "certify of conformity" and modifie the cross bike installing ligth, new exhaust pipe, rear mirrow for raod use.
Because  you go in a motocross circuit or we haven't place where ride without registration plate and road insurance.

ahhh, that's cool you can so easily convert a 2T legally for street use.
it's not quite as easy in some states here in the U.S.

Years ago, i had a 1993 cr 250, a 1997 cr 250 alu and a 1997 cr 500 all street legal. They were called cre, "e" for enduro and  road use.
Pratically all italian japan importers made the same, Suzuki rme, kawa kxe and yamaha wre (yz).
