Not for 10,000 + US dollars. Could get 2 new kx5's for that (if they still made them  :( )

Pricy but nevertheless cool.  Looks like a Honda 50 or 70cc engine.

Yeah honda replica 50 - 125cc. 2.5 - 12 hpower.
