Post by: Arigato on March 20, 2005, 12:33:01 PM: I'm not a big fan of Sidewinder products, but that one was on the bike when I bought it. It has 10 sand dune trips on it and has not worn at all.

Post by: Arigato on March 20, 2005, 01:17:19 PM: Die grinder, polishing wheel, Green rouge, then red. 1st sand with progressively finer and finer sand paper. Then polish with green rouge, clean then use red jeweler's rouge to finish and brighten' her up. You have to strip the paint off the swingarm first, that is a biatch! If you have access to a bead blaster that uses the plastic beads, it will make the job a lot easier.
