Looks great! You've got a lot of hours in that baby!!!

Looks awesome, great work. I see you have the sidewinder tri-moly sprocket, let me know how you like it?

I'm not a big fan of Sidewinder products, but that one was on the bike when I bought it. It has 10 sand dune trips on it and has not worn at all.
-
What kind of tooling and compond are you using? Somthing I may be able to buy and use myself?
-
Die grinder, polishing wheel, Green rouge, then red. 1st sand with progressively finer and finer sand paper. Then polish with green rouge, clean then use red jeweler's rouge to finish and brighten' her up. You have to strip the paint off the swingarm first, that is a biatch! If you have access to a bead blaster that uses the plastic beads, it will make the job a lot easier.

It can all be found at home depot.

Nice work on the polishing. That takes some time.
-
Black wheels look the bizzo. Top job.

Veary nice!I polished my aluminum the first year I had the bike, but it just was to much work to keep up after a ride in the mud,I go with the brushed look now,but your bike looks great!

I figure that the first trip to the dunes will fade a lot of it, so I'm gonna take a lot of pictures before I ride it!
