Well, I pulled a bonehead move Saturday, and while removing my slide at the track to drop the needle a notch, I snapped the needle off. The stock needle was a 5DH92-3 (Kawasaki #16009-1140) which has been discontinued. This bike carbureted very well with the stock needle, and now I'm stumped on where to go from here. Does anyone have any jetting experiences with this bike using currently available parts? I'm in Oregon and ride anywhere from sea level to 3000'. Thanks for your help.

Other then eBay I'm not sure where to find one at.
Yours is a 82-83 KX125 needle.
I have a needle for a 84 KX125 but the needle is a 6FL52
The carb is a Mikuni Oval port.

try sifting through these search results...too many for me to sit through because there's some needle bearings mixed in, but there are several needles that're really close in PN#'s....you can check a Kawie site to see how many "steps" difference there is.
