Hey yall..
Can anyone give me some insight as to whether or not a swingarm from a 2003 kx125 will bolt up to a 2003 kx250?
I have read they are a little bit shorter and that possibly the linkage arms would be shorter (by only 1mm). I am hoping to use the linkage from the 250 with the 125 swingarm.
Thanks..

there only one way to find out ,try it , I would say it would most kawi stuff swaps over or with a few mods .The link is a bit different on the 08 125 to the 250 08 by about 1mm to so it was the same thing for the 03 ,it most likely for the rising rate for rear suspension for the shorter swingarm on the 125, it should work okay ,by using the 125 swingarm on the 250 it will want to wheelstand easier it might be more fun like that?

the part #'s are different...
swingarm
KX125- 33001-1628
KX250- 33001-1629
but like Dino said, the only way is to try it.
let us know what the outcome is.

The 125 swing arm is an inch shorter, all other mount points are the same.

an inch is substantial...should be quite nimble on the track, and in the trails.
high speed straights could get iffy...a stabilizer "might" be needed.

I used a 2003 KX250 swingarm and linkage on my 2003 KX125 with KDX200 motor. The swingarms are a different length but will bolt up. I was told that the length difference was 1/2" but I don't have a 125 swingarm to make the comparison.
