Wow!Id like to see the crank.

Now are we talking!
But 210hp,I doubt it!
Stock 64+64= 128hp at crank
You need not only minor tuning to reach that numbers 210hp!
A tripple 1000cc like a snowsledge is "no Problem"but with two
cylinders it`s a "problem".

"cr 500 af porting
Hi Im really considering a 05 500af. I have heard with your top end porting you gain about 15 horsepower, but I talked to a guy who said it takes a couple seconds to really get going. So with the all around porting how many horse will you get? I want a fast bike up the hill but I also want a fun bike for cruising the dunes. Thanks

15 is pretty ambitious but I suppose its possible if the stock bore is worn out. Dirt Rider tested a ported Service Honda AF500 last year and it put out 65hp. Some tuners are claiming 95hp from a CR500, but thats not possible with a pipe that makes that many turns.
