Vesra is a decent paper gasket.  Wossner is a very good piston.

Cometic Is top of the line for gaskets. Vesrah is decent and most dealerships use them. Not all gaskets are paper. Windrosa are a metal inner with a waxy fiber material on either side of the metal. Not a fan. It's a pain to scrape off the sealing surface.

wossners are german and as far as gaskets, Cometic makes gaskets that are reusable out of a coated aluminum called AFM for all but head gaskets.  The best you can run IMO.
