Title: Keihin carb number decode?

I have a guy claiming he has a KX500 PWK that's bored out to 41.5mm

Anyways this is the carb numbers 9ktnaqd3

Anyone know what it came from?
I'm sceptical on buying it.

Mine is a Keihin PWK 72RA 41mm but measures 40.5mm

mynes a pwk 38mm air striker only took me 2month to find that out on countless research on them thers loads lol keihin seem to be better then makuni thoe :)))
