Title: suspension tuner suggestions
Post by: reklessj on April 17, 2014, 07:35:22 AM
First off thanks everyone for help and tips, when I need anything this is the ONLY site I refer to!! I have had my 1994 kx500 for 4 years now and while the suspension is borderline OK for trails for my hefty frame (275 lbs in gear) when I hit the track with my son it just doesn't cut it. I am Tryin to find a fairly cheap respiring and revalve in the U.S. with good results and support. Was considering ENZO but not really up to the 800 they want for the job. Any suggestions would  greatly appreciated

I've been a huge fan of Factory Connection for 15+ years....they're great at what they do, polite, reasonably priced, fast turn around time, they always call if there's an issue or if there's going to be a change in the price. Another reason I use them is because they're only 2 hours away from me.

My 500 has Race Tech suspension...I've never dealt with them...my bike came like that from the previous owner...I have no complaints on how it works for me, it's super smooth over whoops and braking bumps...and I would recommend them based on how it performs.

Have you had a good experience with m&m? I would like to use someone local as I prefer to support local businesses
