Title: Fork seals, bushings, and oil...

Keep in mind this is not a complete description of everything I do but the pics for the most part line it out pretty well..

Special thanks goes to my hand model Jason T, :mrgreen:

First thing I do is clean the forks....
Next, I measure how far the fork caps are sticking out from the triple clamps.
Then I count how many clicks to bottom out for the dampening and rebound adjustment screws.
From there I do it as follows..

I'd wait though.... I'm thinking about getting some gold valves and doing another more in depth article with descriptions and such...
