My bike stayed on it left side for 2 days on a welding table while I repaired the pipe mount when I notcied that tranny oil was leaking out around the clutch arm. I am not getting water in the tranny. I change oil way to offen and inspect it and have found no water. I'm using bel ray gear saver 80wt. What color does ya'lls bel ray look after a couple of rides :?: . Mine looks almost purple with a gray tint . Does the chases have to be split to replace that clutch arm seal :?: Thanks dudes

I havent had to change mine but if the cable is disconnected, you rotate the arm as you pull up and it comes out.The seal should just pop in and out.As far as tranny fluid color it depends on if you run steel or stock aluminum plates and the type of fiber plates you have and how much you use (slip) the clutch.

Thanks Dude,
I rotated and pulled the shaft up and then I use a srew driver to pop the seal out. Took a total of 5mins. for total replacement. Thanks

Yeah, grey color is normal, the plates are usally aluminum and they just shed a storm in the oil. Pretty normal. Glad the repair was a simp. Let us know how the pipe mount repair goes.

I'll try here shortly to get some pic. I think the square stock is going to be strong.
