Can I put the swingarm off of a 99 250 on a 1993 kx250. I'll use all the rear brakes & wheel off the 99. Appreciate any input

I would check the PivotWorks website to see if the swingarm bearing kit is the same for the '93 and '99 KX 250 models. If so, then the swingarm should bolt between the engine and the frame without issue.
I would also check to see if the Pivotworks linkage kit is the same for those two bikes. Even if it's the same, the length of the two dogbone links between the swingarm and the shock-mount link (L-shaped, runs between the frame, shock, and dogbones) might be different and throw off the head angle one way or another.

with some mods you can 93 swingarm pin is 15mm the 99 is 17mm

don't think the swing arm pivot pin will be a problem.
I am concerned about the geometry but I have never tried it..

Thanks guys. Have a line on a bike but needed to know if what I "need" will work. If it dont work I guess I could sell it on ebay
Leverage ratio should be an easy figure right? It'd work like the adjustable links , kinda.

the 17mm swingarm pivot-bolt came in 93!
there is another problem ...there are still the brackets, that hold the linkage!
in 94 came the newer frame without these brackets and since 94 is the engine smaller and came the bigger and longer bearings...
so you can not use the 99 swingarm in the 93... but u could use a 93 swingarm in a 99 with the right bushings between swingarm and the smaller engine cases...
its the same thing like putting a k5-engine in a 94 and newer 250-frame. you need the older swingarm or a real good welder ...
