Title: 1991 KX 125 rebuild

I have a kx 125 1991 that has been laid up in a shed for 12 years. What do I have to do before attempting to start it? I know i have to clean the gas tank and clean the carb. I am going to get new packing for silencer and change the radiator fluid. Is there anything else i should do?

Pull the spark plug and spray a little wd-40 or equivalent in there and just rotate the engine around a few times
