Title: is this bike a 2003 model?

was thinking of maybe buying this bike. but it looks to me that it is a late 1990's model. but the seller told me it was a 2003!

no....that's an L model...years 99-02,if you can get the VIN,we can tell you the exact year.

that's just the letter Kawie decides to use to determine/recognize it's models and chassis....there's alot of them...A's,B's,C's,D's...etc etc....but that bike is between a 99-02.
