Looking worn and being worn can be two different things....
I don't see anything unusual but then someone else may....
You need to measure the parts.
Follow this link and scroll about half way down as I have the shift fork specs recorded:

Also, did you find any pieces of snap rings laying in the bottom of the engine cases?
Have you checked all the snap rings that hold all your gears in place?

I've ordered a new shift drum and shift drum bearing since it had a small amount of play in it. I've narrowed the problem down and I'm pretty sure its either the drum or its (not sure of the actual part name) the star mechanism that has springs and little levers on it and sits in the shift drum. I'm waiting on parts now.
