Title: KX 250 l-series year (European vin code)

Hello, I wonder if somebody could help me to indentify year of my bike.
I checked my Kawasaki service manual and it was no help.
I founded out that the bike has no capacitor so it is not 1999 - so it could be from 00-02
PO said it was year 2000, the bike i from Europe
The vin code is : JKAKX250LLA032384
If needed I can post pictures

European and U.S. VIN's are completely different...throw up a pic...someone should be able to help.

Can you get an engine ID posted?

It's definitely an L model....I'm just going by your OEM swing-arm decals...but they say that it's an 01/L3....providing the PO did'nt swap out swing-arms.

Here's a pic of a brand new 01 L3.....compare the swing-arm decal.
