I'm working on two projects already mentioned by others.
The first: the redesign of the left central carter (Addition, cnc cut) to accommodate a hydraulic Brembo clutch. dot5.1
I put a picture if that person recognizes his bike? take contact with me.
The second, a carter removable clutch. let me your experience with pics. Thanks

This photo is when the idea came ...

looks good. not a bad idea.
I think the KX500 motor with the kips has better performence than the CR500 motor without exhaust valve.
a few years ago I already ridden both in stock and on the same day. the honda had the better bodywork and the big kawasaki had the much better engine... :-D
some time ago was here on ebay - germany a 99 CR250 with KX500 engine offered .. but I had already started my KX500 sf project and not the money to buy it.

Those are some awesome pictures. I only ever rode my kx500, and my 86 Cr500 that I had 3 years ago. I love the kx500 motor over the cr500 from my little experience. The cr doesn't rev high at all and signs off in midrange. No kind of power curve I like. The kx5 is like a 250 power curve.

I received my fork (A kit) with the new setting. I can also find the offset angle ideal, with this triple clamp

Beautiful!
