Hi guys
I bought a new Kx500 and I sent it to my builder and we found that the bigger we can go is 560cc by stroking the motor 2mm and 550 big bore sleeve.
What do you think about that?
Any other suggestion?
The bike will be for hill shooting only.

One of the members has an alki burning 640 ;)

Who? and who is the builder?
we called BandB but he didn't do this motor(640cc) any more
I need all the info before i start.
thanks

I have all the info on and ability to get all the parts and services done for a big bore stroker, but can't find a f**king pipe anywhere to compliment the motor. Without the right pipe, there's no sense in building it.

I know Bill's pipes used to do a lot of one off custom pipes, but now that there a bigger company who knows? But you could ask them.

I know CTRacing used to build custom pipes. Look in any dirt wheels or email them at their website.

Here's links to all of the pipe manufacturers that I know of! (snowmobile, quad and dirtbike),... one of them should be able to make a pipe!
