Title: 2004 kx85 carb help
Post by: btylerb on December 18, 2012, 02:42:56 PM
Straight to the point my bike is constantly overflowing gas, its obvious that the float is constantly staying open but I can't find out why I took it apart at least 15 times this week the Carb looks brand new by now. I've even put the bowl on and shook it to see if I could hear the float move (in which it did) so idk what to do its acting like its stuck but nothing is showing that it is.

Can anyone help me

Could also be your float valve.
Do you have a shop manual for your bike?
If not you can get one off Amazon or eBay.
There is a ton of info in a manual that will stop your hair pulling,,,,
