Title: Current model (2009+) forks on KX500?
Post by: joko on August 06, 2012, 01:45:51 PM
Has anyone successfully swapped a newer model front fork assembly onto their
89-04 KX500? Was the performance gain worthwhile? I wondering if the Yamaha Kayaba
SST front end would work with a custom triple clamp?
Thanks, Joe

So all offset dimensions are the same? The overall fork length is the same? Did you respring and revalve? How was performance gain? thanks...
