rebuilt the crank..new bearings and seals .. mellennium swapped out cylinder and I installed wiseco pistion set in...
bike up and running...2 issues

leaky radiator ...
leaky carb ...think float is sticking....gas was coming out of bottom...

Could be the needle valve/seat also....I had a similar problem with my K5 with fuel leaking out of the bowl overflow....put a new needle valve in and it cured it.I'm not saying this is "your" problem...just another possibility.

Sometimes it the needle just gets stuck after sitting for a while. Hit the carb with a wooden hammer handle or something like that and see if it frees up. This is more of a temporary fix but you may not have problems with it after. just one of those dumb things
