Hi my name is Mike, new to this forum, but glad I found it. I got my 2000 KX in mint condition 5 years ago and it has provided me with plenty of riding fun. Been riding for more than 30 years now as a "weekend warrior" so I am a pretty "mid level" rider. Absolutely love the Kawasaki brand of MX vehicles and would like to get a KXF  one day to add to my KX. As the 4 strokes are much better for riding the mountains close to where I live. Pretty close to the Giant Sequoia National park is where I like to ride, but it's a little tricky with a sprint bike like my KX 250. Anyway, Glad to see there's a place for us KX enthusiasts to come a share. See y'all around.  8-)

I'd rather climb mountains on a 500 anytime over a 450.
