Title: 94 kx250 main power valve

i spent the last few hours making sure all my valves open and close fully. they do but i have one issue. the flapper on the main exhaust doesn't close fully when wide open. there is some slight play in it( as in hangs down a little) no matter how much i take it apart and adjust it, i cant get it to close fully one its own. i can physically pull it and get it to close. it just seems like it's hanging up or something. is this normal or is there an issue?

thanks for all the views and many replys :roll: i got my valves to work properly and the main exhaust flap to fully close with no more issues.

Hmm.. I missed this one..    I dont float past the 250 and 125 section much.      sorry...  :mrgreen:
