1986 kx 500 Kips in a 1988 Clyinder

Hello Everyone!
I recently purchased a 1988 Kx500 that needed the Kips valves replaced. I have a set from A 1986 Kx500 here in the garage and wanted to know if these will work in my 1988 cylinder?  The 1986 power valves are steel where as the ones from my 1988 are chrome plated aluminum and it appears that the port size is slightly smaller in the steel valves

FITS 86 KX500 ONLY
FITS 87-88 KX500 2 VALVE
FITS 89-04 KX500 3 VALVE
