o yea when i torqe them the first time i used lock tight and i just put a wrench on them and they are still tight can not budge them at all

i would not use locktight on headstuds

i would think the nuts need re torquing because of heat expansion not the head nuts rotating loose
i would leave the locktite now and maybe try to re tighten with the engine hot
if they feel ok {not springy} you should be ok [dont shear any of the studs :-D

The Loctite will give you a false sence of torque..
as the loctite will have ahold of the nut... so it wont move... BUT... the force it is putting on the head (and gasket) is not the same all around...
