Front exhaust pipe for 1985 KX500 needed,can other years fit?

buy an fmf or pc,they dont have that ridiculous kink near the rad.it is close to the rad but does clear it and having the pipe rotated slightly wont hurt, exhaust gases dont know what angle the pipe is at.hth.K.
