Hmmm not sure how I missed this one..

SOunds good!... Close...    Few minor tweeks and you will have it!. (air bleed, needle position)....

Darn... Yours is running sooner than mine  :x

thanks motorrad, all is not lost. you my get your first ride before me i have to stop working on the 500 for a few weeks as i have got to build a bike to be raced in may, so going to have to stall. although i have agreed to an enduro week end on the 7th may for the 500 so there is your target :wink: lol
