Main bearings are a tad shot

Went out for a thrash over Kirkstone (Local twisty road)on Saturday night with a mate and coming back I noticed an increase in vibration ( you wouldn't have thought it possible but it was) so when I got home I pulled the flywheel cover off and tried to pull the flywheel about with my hand to see if it had a rattle.............





It did :dozey:
I then made sure that it wasn't just a loose flywheel.........




It wasn't.

Looks like rebuild time so I will pull the engine this weekend and drop it in Jack Horsemans MX shop as the bloke who runs it is pretty good with his prices, if I remove the engine and topend it makes it a lot cheaper.

Might get the powervalve assembly apticote 2000 coated to reduce wear also.
