k5 88.UK spec.uprating brakes?

Does anyone know if any brake calipers from a newer model will bolt straight on to my 88 conventional forks?Just thought it may be easier to replace the lot rather than refurb the old ones?

no they wont, suspension, brakes and wheels all changed in 89. although the 89 and 88 look very similar there are a good few differences. i can tell that the brakes from the 88 250 and 125 are the same
