Shock Oil capacity is really not an issue, as you have to spill a lot of oil bleeding the air out anyway.  I have a post on shock rebuilding as well on this site, but the pictures in the article noted help a lot.  Do a quick search on this site and you will find the shock rebuilding instructions.  Between the two sets of instuctions, you should be able to succussfully complete the rebuild.

Ricks post on shock rebuild is excellent.  It's easy to do and I followed it and that says a lot!!!
