Extra cooling
kaw rider:
a stock cap would push water at around 215 degrees and a 30psi cap would push water out at around 250 degrees. It doesn't take much to get one of these motors to run 215 degrees.

Cheers kaw rider I am going to order one of these 30 psi caps and the semco hoses but also I am still going to try and install a fan. My mate has a bike shop here where I live and he is looking into a fan that Tuck posted to see what they cost here. Also looking at trials bike fans on Ebay as some of my mates have trials bikes and waiting on a couple of them to get back to me with the dimmensions of the fans on their bikes
kawibunga:
try an overflow bottle too, they are easy to build and only cost a couple bucks
cbmoor:
What do you mean by an overflow bottle? I have heard of this but how does it work. I take it you place the over flow tube into a bottle but how does the water get back? or am I wrong in saying this.

As the engine cools it draws enough vaccum to pull the coolant back into to the radiators. Just make sure the draw tube stays low into the catch bottle so it is always immersed in coolant. If the tube sucks any air the return process stops. Also the higher the coolant catch bottle mounting is in relation the the top of the radiator the better. Less head pressure to draw against.
