1990 pro circuit pipe?

So you squeezed some silicone in the bar ends and put some nice grips on ,and that made a big difference ?  I'm using jimmy button hi-boy bars as I am 6'5".MAN those suckers are strong bars,I looped out in 3rd doing a stand-up wheelie and they didn't bend. The silencer and fender bit it though.Sprained both my knees too :?
I already had to weld on a new bracket on the lower pipe mount near the exhaust port.I will check the rest of the exhaust. If I find that my cases are elongated from bearing wear I guess the motor would be done :(   I will try all the other stuff and save the engine tear down for the off season. :D

The list above is a good place to start, but I want to suggest new o-rings and high temp silicone on the head of the pipe.Take the tank off and look for a broken pipe mount on the frame. You can also shim the motor mounts if there not fitting right,no gaps.I filled my Pro-Tapers with expanding foam, but silicone would work as metioned and my bike has never vibrated that bad since it was new so silicone may be a better thing for you.It doesnt sound like you ride WFO,so its likely one of the things above that are simple fixes or the harder one to fix..the crank.

Thanks ,I will take a look at all those items. I forgot how much fiddling dirt bikes need. Oh well ,it's all good. 8)
