Hi guys! from Verónica, Buenos Aires, Argentina... this project!!!!!!. KX250F 05 Frame, KX250 89 Engine... i kill my other bike...
First, cut the frames. I'll post more pictures later! Thanks everybody for your help!!! (zettnorcal, etc) Here, all photos:

Hey JB  what bike was complete hopefully it is the 250F anything that bolt to it use it will make your build easier and see you have the old cradle in your new frame the top of the cradle looks strong enough but did you just butt weld the bottom. If it was me i would find a piece of tube off your 89 frame that will fit around where its butt welded about 2 1/2 in. long or so and split it and center it and form it around the bottom of the cradle and weld it across the the tube not around this will make a nice gusset you also could use a narrower piece on the top of the tube

Thanks JM! Good advice!, The frame is reinforced well .... but I will study!. On Wednesday I will paint the frame (with polyurethane paint).... i will put more photos later so! Thanks for your help guys!!!!!

Nice Job, dont know if this helps but here in the USA that motor is a 1993 or newer model as it has the new style power valve & they came with different Kickstart levers than the 89 models & hugged the exhaust pipe alot closer and should fit underneath the frame.

Hey guys! This week i buy a set of valves from a kx250 99 (my cylinder is 93), and the bottom is 89. I'll try to put the new valves. That model kick advise me? thanks again! (tomorrow ill get the left case, new clutch and rod Wiseco, and other parts!) i can wait....
