BDI:
we don't use jet kits we just buy the right jets and stick them in there. You should be able to rejet your bike for ten bucks.
bob larry:
Well I'd like to get 5 or 6 of them for my bike and I'd like a
stash of them for the shop
Can you even buy a Kawi Kit or just buy them all single
Have to see what number I'm running tonight and get every other number
3 higher and 3 lower..........
so I guess the dealer then unless somebody knows a good place to get a
kit.

I checked the plug after and it had alot of gas/oil on it.
Maybe the PO had it jetted for a aftermarket exhaust, cause he sold it
to me with the stocker on it.
Where do you guys buy your jet kits? Should I just order from local dealer?

i dont think the jetting vary that much with the exhaust
what is the bike running like[ smoke]?
a oily plug could be down to a tranny crank seal or even something simple like a bit of dirt in the choke circuit of carb
bob larry:
Ya know dumb a$5 me just noticed I put kn filter oil on my new twin air instead of the JB1 o man. Cleaning the carb now . just getting all the
rubber and gaskets off it. And found a nice coffee can to drown the sucker
( will know what my jets are too... All fn stoked)
I have everything but the end plug to do a leak down test too.( i bought a 1.5 "er all full of piss and vinager) have to find a place in this dump town with bigger end plugs. 2" or so)
Could be the crank seals. Plug is full of Interceptor 2 stoke and 91 gas.
It runs fine and still pulls from the 125/250's but I should be wheel in 3 rd with new top end.
If the crank seals were gone would there be gas in the oil change? Cause I could test for that easy. ATF is running me $3 a change. :)
HOOKED 4 LIFE CLUB.
FTW
