First time on track in 7 yrs

Went to the local track today and i have only been on my bike 4 times. gotta say its been awhile since i have been out on a track. last bike i had was a 2001 yz 250F and was racing at the top of the novice class getting ready to make the jump up. Until my bike blew up and cost to much to fix the thump thump.. so a few pounds heavier and a few years later i got a kx 250 and went up for practice and i gotta admit i suck lol. I could not breath or feel my arms and hands. I guess its time to start hitting the gym and bike..  :roll: 8-)

at least you where game enough to go to the track. i say i'm going but never make it.

ya i have been saying that also took half of summer to at least get on the bike.

Hi, I started to ride again this spring after 21 years.. Feels that there is some thing missing in the arms for example. But is really fun!
