Dutch-K5 Fan:
What if you mill the hub 1mm and and front sprocket 1mm. I don't like the idea of a thin front sprocket.
Your talking about a 75HP engine and to much torch
Or a adapter for your rear sprocket. Made one for a rear disk to at 2mm, maybe on this way you can lose 2mm.
Like the idea of this ride, watch out land speed record

Hey joker_fly have you tried to walk the rim over, loosen and tighten the spokes so you pull the hub over. I and many others have done this with some rims for our hillcimb bikes. Some hubs are centered on the rims and some are offset. It doesn't work on all but it does work on some. Atk is selling the Zabel motor in its intimidator model so they are a good place for motor parts. I have a couple of buddys running the motors and they get their clutch packs and other parts from the dealer.

Speedway73:
Those Zabel engines are based off of the liquid Maico engines.

BDI:
two mm is only the thickness of a washer, I can't imagine it would cause you any problems.

maddoggy:
in the length between the countersprocket and the rear sprocket there is probably 2-5mm of side slap when you are riding your bike anyways. i dont think that 2mm in that distance is worth messing with. i woudn't do anything with the 2mm if it were my bike.
