Explosive rear shock ! Help

Well i talked to PR racing Of Toledo,Ohio again and they said if i can find a junk shock one that needs rebuilt on ebay they will take the bladder and valve off that and fix my shock. They also said you can not buy valves for them , a bladder is oem part and will take 2-3 weeks to get. That's what they are telling me anyways , Will the bladder and valve be interchangable from 88-04 ? I have a 98 ( hence the name )

Well , i hope this works . I just picked up a leaking shock off ebay , it is off a 93 kx500. I only paid 5 bucks for it , i hope the valve and bladder will work on my 98 shock.

if it was me I'd swap over all the parts from your old shock in to the E:bay body and leave the valve in it  if is not broke don't fix it     looks like the same shock   good luck

That's exactly what they are going to do , they are going to use the top half of the shock. The bottom mount on the ebay shock was broke then welded back together , That's why they are going to use the top.
