hello everyone bin visiting your site for about 6 mounts and glad to be a member i ride a
97 kx500 and 98 kx125 for the last 3 mounts bin riding the 125 the 500 crank seals started leaking and at this time i was checking out e;bay and found a 2000 kx250 frame for a buck so here we go. I have to paint the frame and finish the head mount and assemble it well abut me I'm 48 and like the mojave dessert in calf. the bigger the hills the tighter the turns the better. also in the 80's & 90's i was in to building trucks here's one of them
well hope to talk to you 500 junkies

Hi junk man just read you post, sounds good. maybe we should get togrther for some ridin was talking to blueoval about hooking up will keep you in the loop on future dates for ridin its always nice to hook up with new buds that turn you on to some new secret trails. I get out when possible, just have to let you know that im no pro hill climber/rider but i do like to get in all day rides, i still respect my bike and the mojave dez.

was out at camp b off of twenty mule team rd went up r77 up over gov peak down some steep rocky trails was gonna go back up r53 but decided just to go back around the womens way. went east back up r30 and at the very top theres a couple of step ups, as i was trying to pick a line and keep up momentum noticed an orange bike coming down lost my focus, got little out of shape and fell over. about five orange bikes picked there way down the step ups as i was looking up the step ups trying to pick a desent line.  decided to do it some other day it was late sunday afternoon and i didnt have the same attitude i had on sat at jawbone.  it was a humbling experience another 60 feet and it would of been all down hill.  my buddy was on his gas gas 300 with blown fork seals hed just blown 5 miles back and he made it up back down and back up and back down just to let me know i wasnt s**t on my k5 for some reason i told my self to just turn around and go back down some other route which i did.  i will go back and finish my battle with that section of step ups.  last but not least dont mean to sound like a chicken but hate f------p my k5 on the nasty.  :-)
