Hello all,

I am new to the site. I have a 1985 KX500 that I bought new. I have had zero troubles with it until this last fall. I am from Minnesota, 45 years old, married, and have a wife that enjoys the outdoors almost as much as I do. Hope to get some help on my bike and hopefully be able to add to the knowledge here.

Thank you,

Jay

A 85 KX500 you bought new and still have it, that's pretty cool. Welcome to the site. We need pictures of that bike.

Minnesota, great state, hunting and fishing paradise.  I got to ride at The Iron Range Riding Area near Gilbert.  Took the K5 back in the fall of 2006.  Welcome to the site.  And yes pictures of your bike would be cool.

Welcome D.C.,
There are several others as of the last few months who showed up with "Vintage Bikes".
I'm sure they will be glad to have found someone with some long term seat time on one of the older bikes.
Good to have you along =)
