Clutch Cover Options?

<< < (6/6)

The Flyin Hawaiian:
I read somewhere that a DRZ400 Revloc will work with some mods. I know the DRZ and KX500 share the same clutch plates so it sounds feasible.

Dutch-K5 Fan:
Can some one tell me the difference between these two???

Dutchie

bob larry:
I like the top one.  Would be perfect

Dutch-K5 Fan:
The top one is from a 94 kx500sr and the lower one from a 92/94 kx250.
Looks the same to me!!! Maybe it need some small mods to works on the KX500!!

Put flames on my cover like the air cool fins but flames....

Get right at the clutch without messn with the hoses and PV..and the kickstart seal.

Well the good news I got mine welded all up nice nice today for $25CAN
Smooth in the inside and a nice big X on the outter....says it will last for ever now.

Are you a "Scab" welder like me?  Is that why you have no pictures??
Com'on now inquiring minds want to see.
I can make stuff stick together but how it looks, now that's a different story.
If I want it to look good I call my brother.  He can weld.
